Having paid our deposit, we kept an eye on the progress of the building by month by month on the website.

Having never been to Egypt, I decided to Visit Hurghada and see the construction site for myself. We were collected from the airport and felt very looked after by the Egyptian Office personnel throughout our 48 hour stay. I found Hurghada to be a great destination - a lot of money was being invested in the area and off-plan seemed to be the best investment so I was very pleased with my original choice , even though I knew I could have had my deposit back if I had wished .

15 months later with the building completed on schedule we travelled over to pick up the keys - the apartment was superb, better than we could have hoped for. We had a turn key package and found the only thing needed buying were some bedside lamps - I'm sure with future packages these will be included. The handover of our apartment on the completion, which we can confirm was on time as stated in our contract.'
