In essence, buying Freehold in Egypt is the same as when you buy Freehold in the UK , you own the property 100%. On the Sinai Peninsula, which includes Sharm El Sheikh, you can only purchase Leasehold.
Elsewhere, expect 100% Freehold to be the norm.
